    Is it possible to make the bot send a message in global every x hours or at set times of the day, say i wanted to make it so it posted guild info for recruitment every 4 hours.

    Its possible, but you should not spam Global with automatic messages.
    Funcom have rules against bots, but they ignore the guildbots as long its not spamming their chatserver or costumere.
    Spamming Global may get you banned.
