Title: Problem Modules!!!
Post by: rae1 on August 23, 2010, 06:28:02 am
1st. I have uploaded autogratz and saved it to c:bebot/custom/modules and i can not get the !autogratz add Congratulations <name>, you reached <level> level! to work. it tells me to type !help to my bot.

2nd. When i type it in it says tell <botname> !help. when i do that there is no ginfo there at all.
I have saved the script in utf-8 encoding but for somereason i cant get it to work. i am a noob to php so its possible i have stuffed up somewhere. The bot itself works for adding members and aliases and such but so far thats all that will work.
I have the texts in my script folder for armour and weapons of tier 1 and 2 but they wont work either. Im just not sure what to do now.

There may be a permissions issue with using the !autogratz add command.  Make sure you are the owner and try again.  That message is very similar to the default message that autogratz uses if there aren't any added.

Not sure if you are talking about script files or php files.  For php files you need to put them in the custom/module folder.  For scripts to work you need to first install the scripts.php module in the above mentioned folder and then put the script files in the scripts folder.

There are modules for rarmor and rweapon, but those are not scripts.  They are modules and need to be in the custom/module folder.  If the file ends in txt, its a script. If it ends in php its a module.
