Im searching for a Nice  mod for the bebot  *Idiot List*

The Idea behind this would allow Members to  Send names of people and / or Guilds to the Bot and store them in a private file for that Player and thier alts Only to View. (not guild wide)

This would Idealy be in the same style as the KOS Module found here: http://bebot.link/aoc-modules/kos-module-w-guild-kos/

Is this Possible ?  and if so is Anyone able to  do this.    I have tried to Mod a few files myself but im no coder and couldnt get this to work
