A user left the guild, and was removed from bot. After a short while he came back, alts where setup and most things seem to work bot access wise. However, users status is always "Unknown" and doesn't show in !online, doesn't get the usual " "Username" (Lvl 80 Ranger) Logged On :: Alt of "Main char" :: Details " message. All other interaction with the bot works fine for the user, just not showing as online.

All alts and the main was deleted from bot, auto register of users is turned on and user was able to add all alts by typing <something> in guildchat to auto register it with the bot.

Any ideas?

does the rejoined member wrote something in the guild chat ?? ... normaly the bot should add him automtic when he ist writing something in the guild chat

So the users are added just fine, just when I do !whois charactername bot says that status is unknown, but access is member. So user can do all commands like !online, !alts add, !setcraft and all that. Just doesn't show logon/off message and doesn't show in the !online list

you may also need to do a "/tell yourbot notify on rejoined_user"
