So we had a person leave the guild and I banned them from the bot, but they came back so I unbanned them but noticed they still have notes attached to their name when I do a !whois on that toon.  Having seen a recent mention of the notes module for something else, I figured I could remove the notes from that person's information, but notes is grayed out on my bot.  I looked thru the file structure and don't see anything called Notes.php, so I'm curious how notes is even on the help menu despite being grayed out.

Is this module / function supposed to work in AoC?
