Title: Polish / Russian / German letters

Hello.

When i translated  messages in some modules to displaying information in polish, all special characters (? ? ? ? ? ó ? ?) - don't know  You'll see them,  are not displaying correctly.
If is there a possibility to fix that, what should i do ?
