Age of Conan does not support private groups, so no.

But should be a way to make a command like:

Admin send tell to the bot, and the bot resend tells the Admins in a formated color ?

That seems easy to do. Will try after the raidplaner i m working on

True.

It's not ideal, and you would be subject to Funcom's tell limiting, but it would work provided the traffic is low enough.

I thought of raid planner and it an game environment, where there are no real obligations it just did not seemed justified.
Having a planned raid list in headline was always good enough approach for a 50 active men AO org.

What is the main focus / benefits of a raid planner?
I d sugest you give a try to my wishlist module. Maybe it will save you some coding time.
