Title: How do you turn off /bot adding members

Hello.

 Im very new to this.  My bot sents /tells to my members that says "Botname has added you to the bot"  I dont mind if it does this, but would rather not have it send a tell to my members as it kinda freaks them out lol.  They think they have a virus or something and im getting annoyed with telling them what it is.  Does anyone know how to turn off the notification for this?
