Hi for start the bot is neccesary to get ssh acces to the server or there is any another way starting the bot?

you can install webmin on linux.

http://www.webmin.com/

When installed you can make custom commands and then you just put in the commands you usually do in the console/ssh.

Then you can make another user and give them access to use the custom commands.

This is all through a web interface
