Hi,

I get the following when I try to start the bot:

Could not connect to the AOC Chat server ( dm09-nj4.ageofconan.com:7010): The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found.
in D:\BeBot-0.6.8\Sources\AOChat.php on line 253

Any ideas?

Tried the new server with 7000 and 7010

Properly entered everything i.e. bot name, login and password to bot files?

Could somebody post a working configuration file and server list file? with no user infor ofc.

I tried every server link possible with no use, the first problem is gone now but I still get

[ERROR] Failed authenticating to server. Retrying..

Also, I cannot get the bot to start using PHP.exe, I use StartBot.bat to get it started.

I ran a tool to get the connection information when I log using AOC game client and got the following server link: dm09-nj4.ageofconan.com Port: 7011

Try this in your ServerList.php

Still won't work.

It has something to do with AOChat.php

I have no idea what is going on, but is it possible there is a problem with my PHP installation? I don't remember what version I installed and I am not sure how on earth I can check it.

I remember that I installed the version recommended in the installation guide.

SOLVED!!!!!

I don't know what did it, but I reinstalled everything exactly as per installation guide, and additionally I installed XAMPP and played around with my computer settings, I installed a patch from Conan Chat and some other stuff I don't really remember.

I am in Fury server and here is the settings that worked for me:

Still weird tho that the bot is always logged on as a player (not physically cz I don't see the toon) but in game guild list. It was not like this before, I have never seem our old bot logged on.
