Recently, I've noticed that we have increased to a number of 250 guild members tonight. I spend quite some time installing modules and performing maintenance more than actually playing the game. The problem rose when I noticed that the actual guild member list is not in sync with the !member list. For instance, it shows 238 members instead of the actual 250.
The problem would rather increase as the guild progresses. My solution could in fact require the officers to either note the member they invite or do the command themselves. When I first started the bot process, I went in and manually added each guild member.
However, I was wondering, would it be possible for the bot to take a snapshot of the actual member list and compare it to the data in the database? It would seem so that there are websites with databases that show the guild members, so if we could somehow access such information. For instance, the Conan Chat logs into the servers as your selected character. There is a tab that shows the guild members. I'm sure the bot has the capability to see the actual 'true' list of guild members and sync it in the database.
Thoughts?

Atm there is no feed ingame for guildlist that bot have access to. This is handled by community server, and you need to be ingame to see this list.
However, there is a module that compare YG.com (Its working with latest AoC now) and your bots memberlist your work easier.
Take a look at: http://bebot.link/aoc-0-6-x-customunofficial-modules/useradmin-module-for-bebot/

Very interesting. No doubt that is helpful when it comes to knowing who left the guild and it seems that it cleans those who left out pretty well.
I suppose my last step is finding a good system to keep the members up to date.

So I had a thought as I continue to think about this.
If anyone has used Conan Chat, you will very well see the entire list of guild members. The funny thing is that you can select the member and export the name (irrc). If this is possible, there has to be SOME way to export the guild member list. This client isn't in-game just as bebot. Because Conan chat was able to parse the guild member list somehow, there must be some line of coding that we are missing. I'm not trying to push this, but it's giving me some thoughts about it. I was also thinking about decompiling the program and look at the coding to see how it's obtaining this information.
I am even able to get the list of members on my Evo 4G
