Title: [ao] procs <profession>

Module procs.php displays procs per profession. It uses core("professions") so usage is like this: "!procs Martial Artist" or for the lazy ones "!procs ma".

I'm not sure if list is 100% correct and up-to-date. Feel free to edit/update it. :-)

Or one of you can use the .sql files here (http://forums.anarchy-online.com/showpost.php?p=5937018&postcount=253) and make a new module.
