If I do a !whois for someone in the guild that always works fine.

If I do a !whois for someone not in the guild that sometimes works as expected (bot replies with a link stating class/level and details link). At other times, and more often than not, I get no reply from the bot though the log shows a [BUDDY-ADD] message - I have to do a second !whois call against their name to retrieve the details I wanted.

Anyone else seeing this (this is in AoC btw)?
