Title: Weird timezone error message.

i get error when typing StartDebugBot.bat in Command Prompt.

Warning: require_one<>: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings.  You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set<>function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still gettig this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for '-5.0/DST' instead in C:\BeBot\Main.php  on line 166.

America/Chicago is listed as a valid timezone in the php manual. No idea why it would report this error to you.
