You cannot change color of the channel on the bot. But players can change color of channels as they see fit with a tool that modifies the settings in the client that controls what colors a channel should have.
AOCrayon is such a tool: http://aocrayon.wrongplace.net/
Unless you mean players who join the guest-chat in a guildbot where the text would normally be yellow, that color can be changed.

You can change the color of the text displayed in the guest channel if you want.
Do "theme export" open up the theme file in bebot's theme folder and edit:
<scheme module="relay" name="channel" code="lime" />
<scheme module="relay" name="mainname" code="lime" />
<scheme module="relay" name="message" code="lime" />
<scheme module="relay" name="name" code="lime" />
(use code="lime" if you want the same color as guild chat.)
The channel name and everything you type in it will still appear white, but all of the text you see will appear in green.
After editing the file import it again using "theme import"
