Strange fault in alt vs. main loggin :(

I got an error:

Two of my members have tried to reg. alt players.
The first example is from the faulty one: 

--- Code: --- Altexample Logged On (Mainexample Lvl 17 Guardian) :: Alt of Altexample :: Details
--- End code ---

This is the correct example:

--- Code: --- "Mainexample" (Lvl 33 Bear Shaman) Logged On :: Details
--- End code ---

I have no idea how to fix this...

Both loggins are from Main char loggins...

This counts for two of my users, the rest is working fine..

the 1st example is formatted like that not becuause of alts, but because of alias
this is a module u can put name (not alts) that u go by, iver real name/nick name etc
1 of these alts can be set as main (1st by default) and that will be used by logon

ah. ok so i just delete there alias then ;)   thank u =)

i can find the alias in data base, cant delete them from the main char even..
the bot sais that the alias doesnt exsist.

The Database have noe entry in aliases

*I have been screwing around with the data base to try to fix this..*

but i find the alliases main char at the list when i try to !alias list
