Title: Raid/Guild Bot.

Hi there,

So can anyone tell me what is exactly the difference between the Raid and Guild Bot?
I do understand that the Guild Bot is always active in the Guild doing its Job. But how does the Raid bot work exactly. What are the benefits and so on?
If anyone could explain it here please?

I'm assuming you are playing AO, as AoC doesn't support pure raidbots.

A raidbot in AO is basically a private chatgroup for all in the raid, using the group offered by the bot. Joining the group is independent of guild membership.

The AoC gameclient does not support private chatgroups, so all bots have to be guild based.

I wanted to setup a raid bot for AoC but as reading your reply this would be pointless.

Are there any cool Modules ( I have overlooked ) for having some useful raid options in the Guild bot for AoC?
I was trying to find a Module that does mass member invites into a raid. Based on members that signed up for a raid in the raid module or something similar?
