When I look in /bots/bebot/dark/Sources/Bot.php on line 735  there is this:
$msg = utf8_encode($msg);

Mysql DB is configured with UTF8 ...

utf8_encode() should be part of the default config for PHP, looks like it got disabled on built (Info).
