Title: negative charid in table user

I hav negative charid's in the usertable from our guildbot, is this correct or a bug ?
How can i fix this ?

If your bot is creating negative user id's you are running a 32 bit OS, its no problem though, you just get a hell of a job trying to move it to a 64 bit OS later if you intend to do so.
