Author Topic: Need help about bebot for age of conan (Read 2726 times)

Hi im kinda noob 4 these things so im asking 4 help
i downloaded bebot and extracted it in folder with bebot php files i downloaded
i used start bot.exe and i entered some details like user name pw
bot name owner name ......and i finished those editing in cmd window
when i started bot i got some msg about msql server and that bot cant conect
i forgot 2 instal msql server ( im rly noob like i said)
but now i cant reedit all those details when i start: start bot.exe
and i wanna change bot name and bot owner name but i dont know how 2 start that setup again coz every time when i start startbot.exe im geting some msg's about conection and other stuff and i rly dont know whats going on and how 2 stop that and start setup again like 1st time when i instaled it
i was using bebot-hyborian.0.5.2.r19 and bebot-php_v5.2.6 i found those on official aoc forums
and if u have time plz post me how 2 instal and get bot 2 work and what version of msql i need (im using vista 64bit) coz id rly like 2 have it in my aoc guild

Simply edit the Bot.conf in the conf/ subdirectory directly to change all your settings.

Or delete the Bot.conf as well as the MySQL.conf, then you will get the dialog to enter them again.

Btw best use BeBot 0.6.2, it supports Age of Conan too. The 0.5.x versions all are old development versions.

as u said i deleted files but i cant get that setup again from cmd window
id like to learn how all this works and how 2 use it
and if u have time plz explain me or give me link so i can read how 2 instal everything i need on my pc 2 get bot working
