at Botlogin i get:

darkbot [SETTINGS]      [LOAD]  Loaded settings from database.

When I look in /bots/bebot/dark/Sources/Bot.php on line 735  there is this:
$msg = utf8_encode($msg);

Mysql DB is configured with UTF8 ...

I commented it out, get another UTF8 error in line 1490
--> commented it out
--> bot is online then.

Let's see if any chars in chat are missing :) ..

Alreadythere:
utf8_encode() should be part of the default config for PHP, looks like it got disabled on built (Info).
