Title: %BOT%%_logon column not large enough

Hey!

The column "ID" in the %BOT%_logon is not large enough to hold nowadays charIDs.

Symptom:
Some people will not be able to set a logon message.

Affected:
All Version 0.6.x

Fix:
ALTER TABLE `%BOT%_logon` CHANGE `id` `id` BIGINT( 32 ) NOT NULL

Better: Fix in source tho.

64K ought to be enough for every.....

I'll see about getting this fixed shortly.

For future reference, please post bugs over at the bugtracker so we can more easily keep track of them and make sure they are not forgotten.

Commited this to trunk.

However this is likely going to start hitting us most places as id is most likely INT everywhere.
