Hey guys,
i have the following problem with setingup a relay via relaybot.
about 2 years ago i setup 3 Bots, 2 Org bots for 2 Orgs and 1 Relaybot.
I followed http://bebot.link/wiki/org_relay#using_a_private_channel and everything works just fine.
Now i wanted to add a 3th bot for a Farmorg, with farmcity.
I followed the steps of the guide but its not working.
The New orgbot is member of the Relaybot, hes on notify and he is in the Pgroup of the relaybot.
I get the following error each time any of the Orgbots is trying to relay something
[ERROR] [AOChatWrapper_Core] I was unable to get the user id for user: 'on'
somebody maybe have a idea?

!gcr on neither one of the orgbots nor on the relaybot does anything.
I can see it in the commandline, but no relay into the gc.
the strange thing is, that the relay is working with the 2 oldbots but not with the 2 new bots. maybe has anythign changed in a newer version of bebot?
-
now i can see that the relaybot keeps inviting all bots from memberlist every few minutes, but all bots allready r in the pggroup of the relaybot.
-
ok.. i set up a new database and the error "cant find user 'on'" is gone.
Still the relaybot is trying to invite the orgbots although the bots are already in the privgroup.
example:
rbot [PGRP] [MSG] [rbot] org1bot: !gcr [[org1]] [char1:] [test ]
rbot [PGRP] [MSG] [rbot] org2bot: !gcr [[org2]] [char2:] [test ]
rbot [PGRP] [MSG] [rbot] org3bot: !gcr [[org3]] [char3:] [test ]
I got 3 orgs now.
The 1th and the 2nd msg's are visible across org1s and org2s GC. But not on the 3rd.
The 3rd msg is not visible on neither org 1 nor org2.
All 3 bots share the same DB and i followed the Guide in the doc here.
All orgbots are member of the relaybot, are on notify and are even in the privgroup of the relay.
The relaybot is inviting all 3 orgbots although all 3 orgbots are allready in the privgroup.
any solution?

stupid as i am, i forgot to add the bots as members to each other.
but thx for help :p
-
ok, nowi got a new problem.
The bots kick each other after every rosterupdate and i need to !member add them every day.
As a workaround i added them as guests and lower the permission for the gcr command to guest, but this cant be the real solution i guess :)
Any solution on that?
I think i forgot to set something somewhere, but dont know what and where.

Read here: http://bebot.link/wiki/org_relay (http://bebot.link/wiki/org_relay)
Pay close attention to section 2.3.2, it explains how to set up a security group and how to add the bots to that group.

ah, ok.
Ill try it. I thought it was optional :p
