Hello,
I'm looking for advices to upgrade my guildbot.
I'm using a BeBot 0.4.X and have problem with the roster update (there is no rosterupdate cmd in this version).
So i want to upgrade it to the last version.
Is there a way to run that (I don"t find it in the Wiki neither in the support forum, beg your pardon if the answer is already somewhere).
Is it possible to keep the quotes and other stuff I have in my old bot ? Or should i completely reinstall the new version ?

Theoretically upgrading from 0.4.x to 0.6.x is as easy as putting the files somewhere, copy the config files over, and start the bot.
For custom modules you might have to do some adaptions. Or I think there still is a 0.4 support module around, written by Temar. For many modules this one will enable you to work with your old module versions. Or if you are lucky someone else will already have done the needed work.
One small warning: there is no automatic way to revoke the db changes from 0.4 to 0.6. So if you want to be able to go back make a db backup.

Php is has been unzipped in the same location of the bot.
I copy / past my old "Conf" files
Any idea ?

Ok, I just create a php5 file in C:\ with all the .dll that were in "Ext" file and the bot seems ok
