!points

How does the !points mod connect to the !raid mod?  Or is this something that doesnt happen?  Also the !points table doesnt seem to keep any points.  I have done !points give Allisande 5...it says i have recieved 5 points, but when i do !points all or !points top or just !points it tells me i have 0 points.

it could be a mysql error, check your Log,
Raid module adds the points directly too, so same as before a mysql can cause problem there too

The only errors I'm see are:

1)  MySQL error(# 0) on query: insert into bots)log (bot, dim, start, end) values ('dogsoldier', 'thog', 1230067190, 1230101228)

2)  Incorrect interger value: 'thog' for column 'dim' at row 1

and I think they are part of the same error.  I'm not real sure what 'log' you are referring to, but I checked my bebot\log files and I don't see what is taking place.

Could I delete those tables and see if the bot will recreate them correctly?

Ok I got it working by just deleting the table.  I think what happened is that I had this mod and Alreadythere's mod trying to work together.  But now that I figured this out I was wondering if the !bid module works with the !points module without too much playing around.  If it does I was wondering if someone could help me modify the !bid module to do the following.

1.  The raid leader opens the bidding by saying something like !bid open 30 (where 30 is the cost of the item).
2.  Instead of Bidding the player sends the bot a tell putting in his/her name saying that they would like the item.
3.  The bot then checks the players points and the person with the highest DKP would then win the item.
4.  The bot would then deduct the amount of points the item costs (we have 6 different costs).
5.  The bot would then announce to the guild who won the item.

I can do all this on my own, but if this mod was capable of doing this that would rock.  And since I still haven't figured out how to do all that I would like on my own...I would really appreciate the help.

I went into my Dbase with Aqua Data Studio 7.0 - 64bit and deleted the points table and restarted the bot.  The bot then recreated the tables as needed and all is well.
