I made some Improvments to working/code and fixed a bug
invite can be used by members (or wateva u set as)
for those of you with bots already installed you prob want to change to guest or member
the invite works by checking if the person doing the invite has high enough access to invite any1 (set in settings) if so invites
if not it checks if the person you are trying to invite can use command join(tell) if so invites
if not returns error.
so basicly allowing member to invite other people that are allowed to join anyway :D
fixed a big in !kick were $from was used instead of $name, resulting in ME getting kicked not $target
