the Improvement i have Added is the Ability to Save Current List of Access Control Levels to Load as a Later date or since it uses no prefix any other bot useing same database can load too

Commands
!commands saves - Shows list of saved access control levels
!commands saves [rem|del] (name) - delete saved access control levels called (name)
!commands save (name) (description) - save Current Access Control Levels as (name) with description of (description)
!commands load (name) - load Access Control Levels called (name)
