I need some help with !points system.

I would like to give permissions to more people so they can use !points add / del.
Normal members should be able to use
!points all
!points nick
!points top
( dont need !points give or transfer )

Whats the easiest way to allow more people to use it.

In my hyborian_users table everyone have user_level 2 ( what kind of user level can I set to those users so they are admins ? )

What kind of access do I need to set if I wanna allow members to use !points nick and !points all in the guild chat and not tell.

p.s. How can I give one of member admin access.
