Added option to send online list to any 1 who joins pgroup (good for RAID bots)

Also included patch file for SVN

This is a dropin replacement for the original module and will not coexsist with it.

back in our old bot the !online command took levels as arguments, "!online 150 175" returns all online between 150 & 175, "!online 156" shows everyone online in team range of level 156, like the level command being built in... my users would love this functionality back, in some form, but i've not really got a good idea how, so i post here.
