About the module:
Allows users to start a vote to kick another user from the bot's private group. If enabled, the kicked user will also be temporarily banned from the bot for a period of time. The time period can be configured via settings.

The module requires a quorum, which for the purpose of this module is a minimum number of votes. A percentage of players who are currently in the bot's private group are required to vote. This is configurable in settings.

To prevent players from spamming the votes, only one kick vote can run at a time and there is a lock out that prevents a single user from starting a new vote after the last vote finishes. For example, Glarawyn can start a kickvote, but after Glarawyn's kickvote Glarawyn can't start another vote until Glarawyn's lock expires, but Lilredhot can start another kick vote right away.

Commands:
/tell <botname> !kickvote <target>: Starts a vote to kick <target> from <botname>'s private group.

/tell <botname> !votekick <target>: Starts a vote to kick <target> from <botname>'s private group.
