This is the Basic Module Required for Managing Alias's
This Module will Add an Alias for example chris to a nickname Chris05


Commands
 !alias add <Alias> - Add Alias.
 !alias del <Alias> - Delete Alias.
 !alias rem <Alias> - Delete Alias.
 !alias <name> - Show Alias's Asosiated with <name> and Alts.
 !alias - Show Alias's Asosiated with you and your Alts.
 !alias list - Show all Alias's.
