Title: !list command (formerly known as !members)

Hi!

made something similar to the old !members command:

- !list <prof>: lists all toons of a given profession from users
- !list <prof> <level>: filters out a given level, too

drop me a PM on RK2 (Krisplin or Zzzzzzwap), if you have issues or post here.

EDIT: rename list.txt to list.php and put it to custom/modules

can it even be used to look for toons with a certain security level?
such as
!list admin
?

Nope, just professions.
"!security groups" does what you want (provided you have the appropriate access level)
