I updated loot module with:
1. All can add to loot, not only raidleader.
2. -reroll command that automatically adds all leftovers from last roll
3. Multiple identical items (same item of same ql) stacks in loot-list.
4. Added -alienloot command that allow you to use wishlist

Wish.php provides -cru and -wishlist commands to run wishlist system.
