Title: Spirits module
Post by: Wolfbiter on January 26, 2007, 05:49:14 am
Update 2007-01-28: Due to a typo in my parse script, all right wrist spirits were marked as left wrist, just get the new .sql and run it.

Finally it's here, the spirit version of !symb

Usage: !spirit <search term>

search terms:
l# For searching spirits with the level req. of #
l#-# For searching spirits with the level req. between # and #
a# Spirits with agi/sen req. lower or equal to #
s# Same as above (the table contains both agi/sen req, but since they're all the same it'll only check supplied # against agi, never sen - Put both in just in case FC changes things in the future)
# For searching spirits with the ql #
#-# For searching spirits with the ql between # and #
lwrist/wrist/hand/etc etc etc You get the idea...
bitter/unhappy/etc etc Search for spirit name

As usual you can supply as many searchterms as you'd like, not just one.

Didn't really test it for logical search bugs.. so report any you find.
The table has the berserker rage spirit as well.

Word to the wise.. don't do too generic searches, there's a shitload of spirits and something like "!spirit 180-200" is 61 spirits.

Yes you need both.  I created a directory in the bebot folder called "SQL" where I put all the SQL files.  Once you have the ./modules/spirits.php saved, start up MySQL via the command prompt and log in.  Select the database for your bot "use dbname;". Then upload the source SQL by doing "source path/spirits.sql;".  This will load the spirits tables and do any modifications.
