LEADER ECHO MODULE

Description:
A module to echo whatever an appointed raid leader says in ugly noticeable colors.

Instructions:

!leader
Appoints a new raid leader, or removes leader status from current raid leader.

Re-wrote the code, its a little cleaner now, also instead of setting !this -> leader = none, it simply does unset($this -> raidleader). No updates necessary, although this makes my topic module look a little cleaner.
