Title: Modified teams module

This was requested by someone and is a modification of the original teams module by Zacix.

Changes (IIRC):

- !death command added to remove a raid from team when died.
- !teamadmin sorted by profession.
- an * shows in teamadmin if someone is in the raid.
- changed to use whois cache instead of XML lookup.
