Title: Modified Callers

Added a click menu with the callers above the macro creation menu.

improved (imo) callers module cobbled together from various sources here:

- callers stored in database so will work after reboot of bot.
- fixed being unable to delete callers (vs. posted SQL version).
- make it impossible to add duplicate callers (vs. previous versions).
- output also shows a cut and pastable link of all callers to assist everybody (doesn't seem to be possible to create a chatcmd: clickable link even if the syntax is 100% correct, it doesn't work).
- updated helpfiles.

Nice was looking for a db version, i have edited mine alot too, but didnt had the time to implent a table for saving callers ;D
Too bad login servers are down atm to test it out ;D

- it is now impossible to add a user that doesn't exist to caller list.

updated:

- !caller del all now removes all callers (in addition to !caller clear), same as Zodsnet/Pande style.
- helpfiles updated to reflect above.
