I don't know if I set it to the right commands.  And thanks, Temar, for helping me 

I must be doing something wrong.  I place it in the modules folder, load up the bot and type 'lag' in the guildchat and nothing happens.  I do a tell of 'lag' to the bot and it tells me to type help.

I have also placed it in the custom/modules folder and get the same thing.
