/tell yourbot shout This is a test message
/o shout This is a test message
/g yourbot shout This is a test message

/tell yourbot s This is a test message
/o s This is a test message
/g y shout This is a test message

Outputs:

Glarawyn Shouts: This is a test message

=======================================

If the shout or s command is issued via tell or in private group, the bot will output to private group. If it is used in guild chat, it will output to guild chat. Helpfiles are included in the zip file.

When I do !shout message it does:

Ryvral Shouts: !SHOUT MESSAGE

Its adding !SHOUT to the message for some reason

Oh yeah it would...I fogot about syntax in front of commands. Works fine if you disable the command syntax. I'll get around to fixing that soonish.

Huh, it crashes AORC+. If anyone has any ideas why let me know. :)

AORC didn't like some of the color cods. Change them, and AORC doesn't crash. Updated the zip file. Overwrite your current files.
